We all have cravings, but when those cravings turn into addiction, it is time to address the problem.
It’s typically not an easy process to face an addiction and begin sobriety coaching. In fact, it can be one of the most difficult journeys anyone can take, and setbacks are common during the process.
Fortunately, an abundance of help is available.
I have tremendous respect for the power of addiction. This respect deeply informs my work with those in recovery and it gives me profound respect and reverence for those who struggle to overcome its grasp.
Fully Customized Sobriety Coaching
Each person’s addiction requires a unique approach, so I rely on creativity, empathy, skill building, accountability, and a light heart in whatever combination works best for each person.
Together we can explore all options from regular counseling sessions to intensive, extended sessions, to in-patient rehabilitation as a starting point.
Though confidentiality and discretion are paramount, I can also help facilitate communication and broaden understanding between my client and his/her family, friends, and others once we’ve decided the time is right.
I also offer addiction counseling and sobriety coaching support to the individuals who are affected by the addict as they often suffer as much — sometimes even more — than the addict.
Interventions for Addiction
Should it be decided that an intervention is the most appropriate direction forward, I am available to organize and facilitate family and/or professional interventions practically anywhere in the country.
I do this with the utmost respect, kindness, and where needed, firmness, to help increase the likelihood that an individual will seek the necessary support.
A Variety of Private Counseling and Coaching Services
To create the most privacy and discretion possible for my clients, I perform addiction counseling and my other private counseling services across the country in a variety of settings.
